Alta ResourcesSometimes a brilliant beginning is a tough thing to work through. This logo was loved from the first critique.

For Alta, a company with a caring and collaborative culture, dialogue and conversation at the core of both their client offering and internal culture as a business process outsourcing (BPO) company.
The interior of the lower-case a could be used as a word balloon—the graphic representation of a conversation. It was blown up, flipped, and connected. It became a graphic ‘Hello’ and a signal for the beginning of a dialogue.

The use of stock photography was minimized by focusing on images of real Alta team members. We conducted a photoshoot of the Alta team at work in their West Coast offices. Alta employees are the face of Alta Resources on the website and in social media.
It’s an uncomplicated system using bright colors, vibrant language, and imagery that celebrates Alta employees and the culture they’ve created. The new visual language became all about conversation.
